pic from www.clydebankfc.co.ukMichael Fallen (defender)
Mick Fallen was an uncompromising central defender who signed from Maryhill in the summer of 1994, staying with the 'Lie until 1997. He netted once in his Arthurlie career before moving on for pastures new. Having also played for Peterhill, he has since turned out for Bellshill, Irvine Meadow, Rob Roy, Baillieston, Neilston and is currently at resurgent Clydebank

A former Pollok front man who signed on at Dunterlie for a brief spell in the late nineties. Currently reinventing himself in the district league with Yoker Athletic and is netting consistently. Other previous clubs include Happy Valley (Hong Kong), Bellshill, Largs Thistle, Lesmahagow, Albion Rovers and Clydebank.

Phil Flaherty
Joined the club in September 1992 and stayed for a season before transferring to Yoker Athletic in the deal that brought David Elliot to Dunterlie.
Alan Foster (Defender/Midfielder)
Former Dumbarton midfielder signed in November 1996 having played in several big matches, including the 1994 Scottish Cup match at Ibrox. Other previous clubs include Kilsyth Rangers. He left to join Renfrew.
1996-1998 - Arthurlie FC - 2 goals
Robert Fraser (defender)
Signed from Neilston in the summer of 1993.
David Fulton (central midfielder)
'Digger' Fulton captained the Arthurlie side for several seasons before transferring to Largs Thistle. Signed from Clydebank in 1988, he was awarded a testimonial match in 1998 against St Mirren, before moving on a year later. Previously he also played for Dumbarton. A tremendous servant to Arthurlie, he was last seen as Assistant Manager at Kilbirnie Ladeside.
1988-1999 - Arthurlie - 42 goals (imcomplete)
Joe Gardiner (midfielder/winger)
Jo-Jo is without doubt one of the greatest attacking players to ever grace the pitch at Dunterlie. Two spells at Barrhead saw him dazzle the crowds and tear through opposing defences at will. Initially signed from Hillwood Strollers in 1986, he spent two seasons before moving onto Petershill. 1992 arrived and Jo-Jo was resigned from Rutherglen Glencairn and spent three glorious seasons at Dunterlie culminating in a ten goal haul in 1994/95.
Gerard Gardner (Defender)
'Ged' signed from Ashfield in the summer of 1996, staying on board for a few seasons in which he was a mainstay in the Arthurlie defence. He moved onto Cumnock in 1999-2000.
-1996 - Ashfield
1996-2000 - Arthurlie FC - 7 goals (incomplete)
Andrew Gauley
Brother of Stuart (below), Andrew has cropped up in the Arthurlie team on a couple of occasions, making a trialist appearance at the end of the 1998-99 season and again at the start of 2005-2006.
Stuart Gauley (midfielder/forward)
‘The Convict’, shaven headed Gauley first arrived at Dunterlie in August of 1998 having previously played for Clyde. He remained at Dunterlie for a couple of seasons before moving on to Cumnock, Cambuslang Rangers and trials at numerous other clubs. He returned for one game in the Sectional League Cup tie against Neilston in August 2005.
Kenny Gillies (midfielder/forward)
Brother of Partick Thistle star Ricky, Kenny came on board from senior outfit Forfar Athletic in March 1999. A couple of seasons of sporadic goalscoring and questionable discipline ended when he transferred to Kilbirnie Ladeside in a double deal with John Barrett. Previous teams included St Mirren and Clyde.
James Grady (forward)
James made his name at Dunterlie after signing from Eadie Star Amateurs in the summer of 1991. Three goal laden seasons followed before he moved to Clydebank in a double deal with Paul Agnew. Since then he has starred in the SPL for Dundee, Partick Thistle and Dundee United
Lex Grant (forward)
Signed from Stranraer in the close season of 1996, Lex only lasted one season at Dunterlie, failing to live up to the expectations of the Arthurlie fans and management. Only two goals came from the veteran front man who had previously also played for Partick Thistle.
Paul Green (midfielder)
Signed from Neilston, Paul was a fiery midfielder who will, perhaps unfortunately, be best remembered by the Arthurlie fans for his handball in the final minutes of a 2000 Scottish Cup replay against Thornton Hibs which saw us crash out 3-2 at the 4th round stage. Had previously also played for Beith as well as having two spells at Neilston either side of his years at Bellsdale Park.
Paul is currently not playing junior football.
John Hammond (midfielder)
Signed from Petershill in December 1998, John only lasted four months at Dunterlie before moving on to Renfrew the following March. He managed one appearance from the bench during his time at the club.
David Hannah (midfielder)
Not the former Celtic and Dundee United star, but signed from Kilbirnie Ladeside in February 1999. Previously on the books of St Peter’s U21s, David faded from sight within the year and little has been seen or heard of him since.
Lee Harvey (midfielder)
Another who has appeared as a trialist on two separate occasions, first in June 1999 and then again in the pre-season of 2005-2006. He failed to win a contract both times.
Scott Harvie (full back)
Another who featured for just one season (1996-1997) signed from Stranraer having had previous senior experience with Partick Thistle, St Mirren and Stranraer.
1992-1994 - Partick Thistle FC - 8apps+2subs; 1994 - ???? St Mirren; 1995-1996 - Stranraer FC; 1996-1997 - Arthurlie FC
Chris Hearns (forward)
Signed from St Peter’s u21s in 1999, initially as a trialist and then on a full contract, Chris stayed for a season before moving on.
Alan Hodgkiss (defender)
Alan was signed from Kirkintilloch Rob Roy in February 1998 to provide defensive cover in the season where we won the Scottish Junior Cup. He departed at the end of the same season, moving onto Kilsyth Rangers before later featuring for Pollok. Previous clubs included Campsie Black Watch.
1997-1998 - Arthurlie FC - 2apps+10subs/1 goal
John Holland (midfielder)
‘Jools’ is a man of many clubs and countries, having played in Australia and New Zealand as well as for Baillieston, Petershill and Renfrew on these shores. Signed in the summer of 1990 on his return from Australia, he stayed at Dunterlie for two seasons before transferring to Rutherglen Glencairn in 1992.
Scott Hutchison (goalkeeper)
Scott signed on for Arthurlie in 2001 to challenge Dave Cormack for the Number 1 slot and stayed at Dunterlie for a season before departing to take up a coaching scholarship in America. A genuinely likeable guy, Scott perhaps wasn’t ready for the pressure that came with the Arthurlie goalie jersey. Since returning early from America he has played for Hurlford and is currently on the books of Benburb.
Paddy Kelly (forward)
Signed from Shettleston in 1993, Paddy Kelly was a diminutive yet hardened forward who spent four years at Dunterlie having played senior with Queen of the South earlier in his career.
Colin Lindsay (forward)'Ces' was signed from Cumnock in October 1992, staying at the club until June 1994 when he moved onto Largs Thistle. Since then he has both played for and managed Johnstone Burgh.
